Reka boiler - now also available as a boiler eligible for funding as part of the federal funding "Renovation Check 19" listed: [URL removed]
In the video and pictures you can see my private Reka boiler, 20 kW, with 500 liter fuel tank, without automatic ash removal - the simplest version.
The boiler now has 24,000 operating hours and has been in operation since autumn 2001. Absolutely problem-free operation. So far, only grain and oilseed slurry has been burned. Pellets and wood chips (G50) would of course also be possible.
Of course, the boiler is also available with full automation - it's all a question of budget.
In times of rising fuel prices, I honestly wonder why more farmers don't cover their heating needs with their own fuel.

3 good reasons to buy a Reka boiler:
a) reliable
b) flexible in the choice of fuel (burns everything that is produced and burns in an agricultural sector)
c) extremely durable and robust

am Video und den Bildern sehen sie meinen privaten Reka Heizkessel, 20 kW, mit 500 Liter Brennstoffbehälter, ohne automatischer Entaschung - die einfachste Version.
Der Kessel hat jetzt 24000 Betriebsstunden und ist seit Herbst 2001 in Betrieb. Absolut problemloser Betrieb. Bisher wurde ausschließlich Getreide- und Ölsaatenausputz verheizt. Möglich wären natürlich auch Pellets und Hackgut (G50).
Es gibt den Kessel natürlich auch in voller Automatisation - alles eine Frage des Budgets.
In Zeiten steigender Brennstoffpreise frage ich mich ehrlich, warum nicht mehr Landwirte ihren Wärmebedarf aus eigenen Brennstoffen decken.

3 gute Gründe einen Reka Kessel zu kaufen:
a) zuverlässig
b) flexibel bei der Brennstoffauswahl (verbrennt alles das in einer Landwirtschaft anfällt und brennt)
c) äußerst langlebig und robust
noch ein kleines Rechenbeispiel:
Heizwerte: Holzpellets 4,9 kWh/kg, Getreide 4,2 bis 4,8 kWh/kg, Ölsaaten 6,5 bis 7 kWh/kg, Heizöl EL bezogen auf Gewicht 11,67 kWh/kg
Preise: Pellets ca. € 230,00/Tonne, Futterweizen nehmen wir mal € 160,00/Tonne an;
Kosten pro kWh: Holzpellets 4,70 Cent/ kWh, Getreide 3,55 Cent/kWh; Heizöl kommt im Schnitt auf ca. 7,5 bis 8 Cent/kWh
ich verbrauche ca. 30000 kWh im Jahr (das sind ca. 7 Tonnen Getreide)
das heißt Pellets würden mir ca. € 1400,00 kosten, bei Getreide macht´s ca. € 1066,00; Heizöl ca. €2300,00
Ich heize mit Ausputzgetreide, das ist noch billiger!
