The Duplex are cutter bars with two counter-rotating blades, i.e.
blades and fingers move simultaneously in opposite directions.
The Duplex mower offers a perfect "scissor cut" in which the stalks of the forage plants are cleanly cut without affecting their nutritional value. This type of cut also promotes faster and stronger regrowth of the lawn.
Thanks to the low power requirement and low weight, the
Duplex mower can also be used on low-power tractors.
The Duplex mowers are available in four versions that differ in
cutting width!
The compact and robust
frame is designed so that the
overhang of the cutter bar is as short as possible in order to optimize weight distribution.
The standard hydraulic lifting mechanism enables the cutter bar to be used in the range between +90° and -55° to the horizontal plane

Die Duplex sind Mähbalken mit zwei gegenläufigen Messern, d. h.
Messer und Finger bewegen sich gleichzeitig in entgegengesetzter Richtung.
Das Duplex-Mähwerk bietet einen perfekten "Scherenschnitt", bei dem die Halme
der Futterpflanzen sauber abgeschnitten werden, ohne ihren Nährwert zu
beeinträchtigen. Diese Schnittart fördert darüber hinaus ein schnelleres und
kräftigeres Nachwachsen des Rasenteppichs.
Dank des niedrigen Leistungsbedarfs und geringen Gewichts kann das
Duplex-Mähwerk auch an Traktoren mit wenig Leistung eingesetzt werden.
Die Duplex-Mähwerke sind in vier Ausführungen erhältlich, die sich in
der Schnittbreite unterscheiden!
Der kompakte und robuste
Rahmen ist so konstruiert, dass der
Überhang des Messerbalkens so kurz wie
möglich ist, um die Gewichtsverteilung zu optimieren.
Der serienmäßige hydraulische Aushebemechanismus ermöglicht
den Einsatz des Mähbalkens im, Bereich zwischen +90° und -55° zur
waagrechten Ebene
